Victor obtained his B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from University of California, Berkeley in 1.5 years. During his undergraduate studies, he has passed the Professional Engineering (PE) exam and LEED Green Associate. He went on to pursue M.Eng. in Environmental Engineering/Engineering Management from Cornell University in 1 year. He has diverse research interests and is currently a CPA candidate. He is excited to conduct research as a member of the Matthews group. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, playing chess and all outdoor activities.
